Competitive Pay and Regular Work

Pay rates reflect your experience, qualifications, flexibility, demand, and availability. Upon registering with us, we guarantee a competitive pay rate that meets your expectations and ensures you receive the consistency of work you are looking for.

How Often Will I Be Paid?

We pay all staff on a weekly basis, with payments made every Friday. To ensure timely payment, we require a signed or approved timesheet for the work you have completed.

Get Paid On Time

To process your payment promptly, all worked days must be accompanied by an authorised timesheet, signed by a relevant contact at the school where you have been working. Timesheets must be submitted by 5pm on the following Monday. We are committed to making this process as straightforward as possible, and we offer online timesheet authorisation for added convenience.

Umbrella vs PAYE

PAYE is the simplest way to be paid by an agency, as it makes you a direct employee of the agency. Your only deductions will be the standard legal ones, like tax, national insurance, pension, and student loan (if applicable). However, if you work for multiple agencies, your tax could be negatively affected since HMRC may see you as having multiple employers. This is where an umbrella company can help. An umbrella company acts as intermediary between you and the agencies, receiving payment from all the agencies and serving as your single employer to ensure accurate tax calculation. The downside to using an umbrella company is that they charge a small service fee, which varies by company.
