Our vetting process is thorough and rigorous, ensuring that every candidate we place meets the highest requirements.

Co-founder Nikki brings extensive safeguarding expertise as a former Deputy DSL in an international school, trained to Level 3. No other agency prioritises safeguarding as strongly as Jackson Hayes, because the safety of children in education is our top priority.
