At Jackson Hayes, transparency and competitive pricing are as important to us as they are to you.

 

While each role comes with unique requirements that impact costs, we maintain a consistent, competitive margin of £40 per day—significantly lower than the sector average of £50.

 

For instance, if we pay a teacher £150, the client will be charged £190. Similarly, if a teaching assistant earns £90, the client’s charge will be £130.

We always aim to pay our candidates fairly so we ask our clients what they would pay the candidate if they were permanent. We then divide the salary by 195 days to give us a daily rate and add our margin onto it to calculate the charge.

 

To ensure clarity, we provide a breakdown of costs and charges to every candidate and client in their booking confirmation.
