Internal roles available:
Education Recruitment Consultant
An education recruitment consultant’s role is to build strong relationships with schools and educators by understanding their needs and matching them effectively. They handle the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles, conducting interviews, arranging the meeting between candidate and school and then supporting both parties as their direct advisor throughout the placement. With a focus on sales and providing ongoing support, consultants help secure successful placements and develop long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, resilience, a drive to succeed and a genuine passion for education and looking after the requirements of both candidates and clients.
Resourcer (UK and abroad)
An Education Resourcer’s role is to scout top talent and identify exceptional educators to meet the needs of our schools. They search for qualified candidates, screen CVs, interview and pass them on to our consultants so they can fulfil the requirements of their schools.
Working both in the UK and abroad (particularly in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Ireland) Resourcers play a key part in our recruitment efforts. Their work ensures we always have a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates ready to support schools.
Compliance Officers
The Compliance team is a critical part of our company, ensuring that no candidate can be placed in a school without full clearance. Unlike some other agencies, we strictly enforce compliance—consultants cannot bypass this process or place a noncompliant candidate under any circumstances. The team meticulously vets candidates, conducts background checks, verifies qualifications, and ensures that safeguarding standards are fully met. They hold the final authority on candidate approval, maintaining the highest levels of safety and security in schools. This process is essential in upholding trust, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance in education.
Administrators
With hundreds of employees to manage, there is a substantial workload involved in keeping operations running smoothly. Our administrators are invaluable members of the team, providing essential support to sales, compliance, and back-office functions. They handle a wide range of responsibilities, including payroll, ensuring documentation accuracy, managing GDPR inquiries, and assisting with marketing efforts. Their contributions are vital to the success of our business, ensuring everything operates efficiently and compliantly.
