With bilingual expertise on our team, we are also uniquely positioned to support French international schools by recruiting highly qualified French-speaking candidates.

1. Safeguarding Excellence: Safety is the foundation of effective learning. We prioritise safeguarding by offering the highest level of compliance and thoroughly vetted educators and administrative staff. Our Co-Founder Nikki, is trained to Level 3 in Safeguarding and has previously held the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Alongside her is our certified Therapy Dog, Dogtor Bertie, who has experience working with students, ensuring that safeguarding is at the core of everything we do.
 

2. Environmental Leadership & Positive Influence: We believe in inspiring people of all ages to become agents of positive change. As advocates for nature, we encourage students to reflect on their environmental impact and take action. To further this goal, we’re proud to partner with charities like The Wave Project and Ecologi as part of our journey towards becoming a certified B Corp.
